Zillow Flex Agreement

Once you accept the invite, you must sign the Zillow Flex Referral Agreement. The link will only work if you’ve accepted the invite. (Allow 24 hours)

 

Make sure you review it and scroll through all sections. Once you have, click on the gray signature boxes and the (BLUE) submit box at the top right.

Adding MLS ID to Zillow

You can add or update your MLS Agent ID by clicking the “Manage MLS Agent ID” button on your agent profile. Add your ID number directly or look it up by validating a current listing. Your profile will be updated within 24 hours.

How tour request work

Tour connections are Zillow or Trulia leads who are interested in viewing properties. Buyers request a tour and indicate their preference for an in-person or video chat.

How the referral team is 

structured

To reduce friction in the customer experience, route connection calls directly to the buyer agents with whom they would be working. This helps to build rapport between agents and their clients and gives customers one main point of contact for their home-buying journey.

Understanding Zillow Premier Agent Contact Statuses

Statuses help you quickly segment your contacts in the Zillow Premier Agent app while ensuring you are managing follow-ups appropriately.

 

It's essential to keep the status current - stating where the client is in the process. Zillow uses an algorithm to keep track and ensure we are moving through each on time. 

 

 

 

Updating your Flex Leads with the app  - use your Zillow login

The more accurate your statuses are, the more you will be rewarded with more lead opportunities.

 

I recommend updating all statuses first thing in the morning and reaching out to those you believe are closer to getting a car and looking at homes.

 

Protip: Once they reach a status, don't move them back. For example, if You were under contract but it fell through, keep them under contract.

Get reviews from clients

You can bet that in this digital age, potential buyer or seller clients will look you up online to see your reviews. Don’t be afraid to ask for them. It’s much easier to ask a satisfied client for a review than to ask a prospective client to work with you.
